Hi. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I have crafted a career spanning 25 years at the intersection of commercial real estate and business.
I have managed multi-million dollar businesses while also forging a successful career in real estate. On a local and national level I have developed long-term relationships with investors and developers, participated in capital raising, multifamily acquisition and disposition, investment sales, commercial development, and tenant representation. Commemorating this unique work, I have earned numerous awards as a licensed real estate agent.
From technical sales to North Idaho CRE
I am fortunate to have worked in different positions and industries throughout my career. I started in technical sales with a Fortune 500 semiconductor company in Portland, Oregon, where I became one of the company’s top salesmen worldwide. Wanting to raise a family in North Idaho, I transitioned geographically and professionally into the construction and real estate industries in management and ownership roles.
I had the opportunity to manage three different national companies with revenues exceeding $80 million and over a hundred employees. This distinctive path provided me with first-hand experience in various roles within a company, including operations, accounting, human resources, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
Why 7Fold exists
7Fold Realty was born out of my passion for real estate and helping others achieve their financial dreams. Many people think that owning real estate is not attainable, but the problem is no one has explained or showed how easy it can be to become an owner of real estate. The challenge is overcoming all of the noise from the “experts” that make the process sound very daunting. My goal is to be a knowledge source for anyone that is interested in real estate, but doesn’t know where to start.
Education and life outside the deal
I received my BBA in Business Administration and MBA from Gonzaga University while playing Division 1 baseball. I live in beautiful Hayden Lake with my wife of 24 years and my 3 boys. I spend 30 to 40 hours per week volunteering my time as a coach. When I am not coaching I enjoy our sauna, ice baths, golfing, riding my road bike, lifting weights, and spending time with my wife and boys.
The name 7Fold
The name 7Fold comes from a timeless principle rooted in Scripture. Throughout the Bible, the number seven represents completion, fullness, and blessing. Verses speak of things being restored sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31), protected sevenfold (Genesis 4:15), and refined seven times (Psalm 12:6).
