Osso Capital and TriWest Development have jointly acquired The Villages at Forest View, a 307-unit Class A apartment community located in Antioch, Tennessee, for $58 million. The deal, which equates to $188,915 per unit, underscores the steady demand for high-quality multifamily properties in the Nashville metro area.

Public records show the acquisition was backed by a $39.99 million loan, confirming the buyers’ long-term confidence in the region’s rental housing market.

Situated at 2760 Murfreesboro Pike, The Villages at Forest View is a three-story, garden-style community completed in 2022. The property spans roughly 300,000 square feet across six buildings, with apartments averaging 881 square feet.

Residents enjoy a robust amenity package that includes:

  • Two saltwater swimming pools
  • Fitness center and resident lounge areas
  • Private patios and walk-in closets
  • Stainless steel appliances

Osso Capital, founded in 2020, specializes in residential real estate investments across the United States and manages several private real estate funds. TriWest Development, based in Los Angeles County, focuses on luxury residential projects and currently oversees a portfolio valued at over $300 million.
