Retailer secures lease for former Toys R Us space at Mall Woods Shopping Center
Prestige Home Furnishings is moving its store in the Dayton, Ohio, area after securing a lease for the former Toys R Us location in Miamisburg.
The furniture retailer has signed a five-year lease for a 20,081-square-foot space at the Mall Woods Shopping Center. The new store will open following the relocation from its existing Dayton site.
The location sits next to Bob’s Furniture and near the Dayton Mall at 2859 Miamisburg-Centerville Road. It also features direct frontage along Miamisburg-Centerville Road, a major thoroughfare that connects Miamisburg and Centerville and experiences heavy daily traffic.
The new store will include showroom and retail space to display and sell the company’s home furnishing products. According to CoStar data, the property is owned by Onyx Partners, a Massachusetts-based firm.
