South Carolina-based wholesale distributor Cregger Co. has purchased a warehouse property in the Denver metropolitan area as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.

The company, through its real estate division Cregger Capital Investments, acquired the industrial building located at 6982 S. Quentin St. in Englewood, Colorado, from Bobrick Washroom Equipment. The transaction was valued at approximately $10 million, equating to about $194 per square foot.

Cregger Co. supplies plumbing, HVAC, electrical products, and household appliances to a wide range of customers, including contractors, builders, and residential consumers.

The company strengthened its presence in Colorado in 2021 through the acquisition of Rampart Supply, a Colorado Springs-based distributor specializing in plumbing products, hydronic heating systems, and industrial pipe, valve, and fitting solutions. Rampart Supply continues to operate under the Cregger Co. umbrella.

Following the acquisition, Cregger plans to occupy the 51,454-square-foot Englewood facility. Constructed in 1996, the building previously served as the headquarters of Koala Kare Products, a division of Bobrick known for manufacturing stainless steel commercial restroom accessories.

The property had been marketed for either sale or lease, with an initial asking price of $12.25 million. According to property records, the facility last changed ownership in 2006 when it sold for $2.9 million.
